The Cop Card Program was developed in 2002 by Officer Joseph Abrusci and funded by area businesses. A second-generation of cards was produced in 2004 to honor the department's 75th anniversary. The third-generation of cars was produced in 2008. Each officer is provided with a supply of cards that include a photograph on the front along with a short biography on the back. The program was developed to help foster a closer, friendly relationship between officers and the children of our community. Children are encouraged to ask officers for their cards and to learn a little more about each other. Below are several samples of the 59 available cards. To print out a checklist of all of the available cards go HERE.
