Email Me ![]() Officer Laurie Shuren joined the force in 1985 and has since been assigned to the Patrol Division. She received the Medal of Honor in 1994 for her assistance to Hackettstown Police during the highly publicized shooting between motorcycle gang members. Officer Shuren's other departmental awards include an Honorable Service Award and a Grand Cordon. Officer Shuren is one of the first female officers hired by the Township and is a trained hostage negotiator. |
