Lt. Phil Lucivero


Phil joined the Mt. Olive Police Department in January 1995. He served as a patrolman until 2002 when he was assigned to the Detective Bureau. He returned to the Patrol Division as a senior officer in 2005 and was promoted to the rank of Sergeant the following year. In the past he has served as a Field Training Officer. Officer Lucivero's
awards include the 2005 Knights of Columbus Shield Award, two Life Saving Awards, a Meritorious Service Award, three Honorable Service Awards, an Exceptional Duty Award, two Grand Cordons, two Program Development Awards and an Educational Achievement award. He is a graduate of Susquehanna University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a 2013 graduate of the NJSACOP Command & Leadership Academy and the Police Executive Institute.

Phil was the chairman of the departmentís 75th Anniversary Celebration Committee. He, with assistance from other officers, was responsible for designing the new dress uniform and anniversary badge worn by the members of the department.
