Since joining the department in December 1999, Officer Turner has been assigned to the Patrol Division. He currently serves as one of the department's certified Drug Recognition Evaluators. Officer Turner's departmental awards include a Life Saving Award, a Meritorious Service Award, three Honorable Service Awards, two Grand Cordons, a Military Service Award, a Physical Fitness Award and an Educational Achievement Award. He is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a B.S. in Finance. Officer Turner served in the U.S. Army Rangers and is a veteran of Desert Storm.
