Dispatcher Darrell Hooper

Darrell Hooper was hired as a full-time dispatcher with the Mt. Olive Police Dept. in January of 2007. In June of 2010 Darrell was assigned as a Records Clerk. As a Morris County resident for 23 years and resident of New Jersey all his life, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in History and Political Science from Rutgers University and an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Middlesex County College.

Darrell is a certified 911 Telecommunicator and has received specialized training in Emergency Medical Dispatch, Domestic Violence, Crisis Intervention and CPR. Darrell has received several commendations for exemplary service.
